2024 rental rates

All prices are quoted & payable in Euros.

SUMMER SEASON (May 18th - September 14th)

Main House: (sleeps up to 10 people) €6500/week;
Barn (sleeps 2 people) €500/week additional;
Studio House (sleeps 2 people) €500/week additional.

Rental policies

RENTAL PERIOD

Our regular rental period is one week. Shorter stays can sometimes be arranged, especially in low-season. Please inquire.

CHANGEOVER DAYS

Our normal changeover day is Saturday. Check-in is from 4pm-7pm and all guests must check-out by 10am. Outside of summer season, other changeover days and check-in/out times may be possible. Please inquire at time of booking.

AMENITIES

Rental price includes use of all amenities, including: gas, electricity, large washer/dryer, WiFi, satellite TV, supply of clean bedlinen and towels (bath and pool towels) at the beginning of each rental week.

Extra services available for additional fee include: crib/cot, cook, babysitting, extra bed, housekeeping service.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

There will be an additional charge of 100 Euros per day for the use of central heating in the Main House during colder months (October thru April).

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please note that your booking is not confirmed until a rental contract has been signed and a non-refundable 30% booking deposit is made. The non-refundable balance must be paid at least 12 weeks before the start of the rental, including a refundable security deposit of 1000 Euros. If you cancel within 12 weeks of the start of your rental we will only be able to refund you if we are able to rent the property out for that same time period at equivalent rates.
